Ordering online is easy.

- Select payment method. Choose Paypal, Paypal Express or Worldpay
- Enter your details including the delivery address and the shipping will be added to the total value of goods.

Delivery
Availability & Estimated Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure the availability of all our products and endeavour to supply all items within the quoted time (usually 3-5 working days).
If there is a delay or a problem and we are not able to supply the product to you within the quoted time we will inform you of this and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available.
Items that are advertised as ‘Special Order’ are not stock items that need to be ordered specially from the manufacturer.
These items will usually be despatched within 7-10 working days but can take longer for some parts to become available. We will keep you informed of your order progress and the estimated delivery date.
Occasionally we have to cancel or withdraw an item because it is obsolete, discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In these circumstances we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative if available.
Carrier
Most small and/or light-weight items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky and/or heavy products will be shipped via special delivery or private courier. In the unlikely event that you have not received all or part of your order within the estimated delivery time and have not been contacted by us regarding the delay to your order please contact our customer services department, quoting your order number.
All parcels will require a signature, therefore please ensure someone will be available at the delivery address.
Goods returned to us by the courier marked ‘unable to be delivered’ will incur an additional re-delivery carriage charge.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy.
Returns
Whilst we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply notify us by email/post stating the reason for returning your goods within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition (i.e. unmarked and in original packaging).
Please don't forget to include your name, address & contact details with your package, along with your customer order number given at time of ordering.
We will then ask you to return the goods to us (at your cost) so please be sure to get proof of postage from the Post Office as you will be responsible for the goods until they reach our office.
