By ordering a product with Trojan Trailers Ltd, you accept the content of these Terms & Conditions.

Trojan Trailers Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Specifications and Suitability

Trojan Trailers Ltd shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability or otherwise of any part/s required for the repair of any trailer. Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time, usually provided by the product's manufacturer.

Manufacturer's names are used for reference only. Use of these names does not always imply that the product/s is actually made by them.

Specialized Items

Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional on repairs being performed by an approved Trailer Centre. Please ensure that you have read your product's manual and warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair your trailer.

Trojan Trailers Ltd can not be held responsible if the trailer/caravan or equipment is damaged or your warranty is voided.

Payment

Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo cards via PayPal. Telephone orders can also paid using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo cards. Cheques or postal orders are no longer accepted.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at current UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer/Suppliers price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will, of course, be happy to make a refund as appropriate. Charges will appear on your bank statement as "TROJAN TRAILERS LTD" 

 Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy. 

Returns

Whilst we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply notify us by email/post stating the reason for returning your goods within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition (i.e. unmarked and in original packaging).

Please don't forget to include your name, address & contact details with your package, along with your customer order number given at time of ordering.

We will then ask you to return the goods to us (at your cost) so please be sure to get proof of postage from the Post Office as you will be responsible for the goods until they reach our office.
